Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with merchandise you have purchased from Road Superior TruckParts®, you may request a return within 90 days of receipt of your order. After receipt and inspection of your return, Road Superior Truck Parts® will expedite your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ‘However, in the rare event of receiving a defective or mis-shipped product, we will provide you with a replacement or full refund, at our discretion, including shipping charges’.
The following returns procedure must be followed to receive an exchange or refund:
- Contact customer service at info@roadsuperior.com for a return request and return authorization number. (Monday-Friday: 9 am-5 pm EST)
- Proof of purchase, either original or a copy, must accompany all returned merchandise.
- All merchandise should be packed safely, securely and in the original carton if possible.
- Returns received after 14 days from authorization may be refused.
- Refused shipments and items returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to return shipping charges. Installed, altered, used or products removed from their original packaging may be denied any refund or exchange.
- Returned merchandise should be shipped to us prepaid and insured at: World One Distribution, LLC, 59060 Apple Ln, New Hudson, MI 48165.
